About me...
I work with clients who have suffered from IBS and other gut health conditions for years and years, never in control. Battlling symptoms and feeling like they've tried everything without lasting results. I have been there, I still get the occasional flare up but I can identify my triggers/ causes and get back on track. My children had digestive issues and allergies from birth, which is why I'm so passionate about helping others get control over their symptoms and improve their gut health. Since GCSE's and A levels my favourite subjects were food and biology, through to 2 universities and further training, see below. As a health coach I have seen far too many clients with gut disorders and without accurate diagnoses or support they need. IBS in the UK is up to 1 in 5 adults.
I understand the challenges of modern life; constantly busy, stressed, lack of sleep, processed foods, lack of motivation, exercise and financial worries. It's difficult and I aim to help you stick to a healthy lifestyle for the long term. I believe in consistency not perfection.
Appointments are in Hereford at my Reset clinic room, 18 St. Owen's street, HR1 2PL on Thursdays and Fridays 10.30 - 2.30. I offer monthly face to face appointments and weekly telephone appointments in between. I can try my best to be flexible where possible and can offer online video calls too via Microsoft Teams.
